This policy explains the principles governing the processing of personal data of visitors to our website (the “Site”) under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Legal Basis

Data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of KVKK, including the legitimate interests of the data controller without harming fundamental rights and freedoms, and explicit consent where required.

3. Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or judicial authority. It may be shared, subject to appropriate safeguards, with technical service providers bound by confidentiality where necessary for the Firm’s operations.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and recipients, request correction, erasure or destruction, object to automated results and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
